GO BIG!

I just finished reading a new book by two pastors: Bil Cornelius and Bill Easum. The book is about leading your church to explosive growth. They tell the story of their churches...with the emphasis on Bay Area Fellowship in Corpus Christi, Texas. This church launched in 1998 with 236 on their grand opening Sunday. They now average about 4,000 per weekend. They did a chapter on crossing the specific growth barriers...the first one being 200. That is where we are...our church is praying to cross this barrier for good this year. He says that this is the hardest barrier to overcome...more difficult than 500, 900, 1,500 and beyond. Most churches never break 200...I don't want to be one of those churches.
